Ernie Long has over 30 years of experience in alternative dispute resolution, serving as a Mediator, Arbitrator, and Settlement Conference Judge Pro Tem in northern and Central California venues. In the last 16 years he has mediated over 3000 disputes involving a broad range of civil litigation, including personal injury, business and contract claims, employment matters of wrongful discharge, harassment and discrimination, professional malpractice, probate, real estate, insurance bad faith and coverage, property damage, partnership disputes, public entity liability and elder abuse claims.
